While some of the plans, reports, and resources below cover the Truckee River’s 121-miles in their entirety, the majority are centered around river planning and management in Nevada. One Truckee River
Management Plan
As a part of the One Truckee River Management Plan, One Truckee River will manage, protect and provide stewardship for the Truckee River across all jurisdictional boundaries. In September 2016, phase one of the One Truckee River Management Plan was unanimously adopted by the cities of Reno and Sparks and Washoe County.
